.408 M200 Hand-fed or magazine-fed?

It is possible that the magazine was empty, but still in. Normally they cannot fire without the magazine in, so if it was empty, then loading a round by hand is logical. It is a bolt-action rifle, so allows single rounds loaded by hand. It is therefore correct not incorrect.
