Good, non-run/non-smear eye liner?

Personally, I'm not that big on eyeliner & haven't tried this product, but I think I have a good answer anyway. I was reading a magazine I happened to pick up when getting my hair colored at the solon & found a chart for "the best of 2011" type things. Sorry, I don't remember which magazine it was! Stila Eyeliner Pencil made the best eyeliner pencil, & it was probably judged by hundreds of women. It supposedly covers the criteria you're questioning: no-run, no-smear, long-lasting. Try it out. Makeup's all about experimentation to fit your specific style.
