What kind of tires should i get?

I have a 1991 3500 chevy cheyenne, 454 big block/flat bed. I sold this truck (long story) but when the guy brought it back, he tore up the tires, and broke the radio. So I need new tires, and a new radio. The radio can go up to 150 dollars and tires can go as high as they can.
