Why am I having this odd vaginal discharge?

For the passed week or so I've been having a vaginal discharge that is yellowish, clumpy, and stained with a little blood... And sometimes it's very watery with clumps in it. The other day I was very itchy so I started to scratch and my labia minora got very swollen. Does anyone know what this might be? because I feel like it's ruining my life :(
