Do i have skin cancer?

So im a redhead and im very likely to get this sorta thing. There is this red, kinda bumpy spot on my thigh and i dont know if its cancerous or not? it looks like a clump of red goosebumps or something... not perfectly round. but it popped up very recently... im kinda freaking out. should i go to a doc right away? and no itching or pain.
