Good and CHEAP make-up?

elf is a really good brand everything is $1-6. I have tried everything their and I love it so much! Some of their products even helps with skin but no of the things cause you acne. Mascara is very good it doesn't clump at all...As long as you wiggle the brush as you apply it. Good luck!
