I like this guy but i dont know if he likes me?

OK he is the funny guy in class and when he makes jokes he laughs with this girl Cheyenne and everyone says he like me but my friends are saying he doesn't like me OK for example i tapped this dude on the shoulder so his friend could say hi and then i tapped him and Jose the guy i love laughed at me so i dont know if he likes me plzz help
