Period question for girls only?

My period is very light right now. It is on time and has so far lasted 4 days. It is so light that a very thin liner is all that is needed, although i could probably go without. It is not red, it is brown. And occasionally, i find those little clumps. Do you have any idea if this is healthy, or what i should do?
