Switching Fuel Injected Truck to a Carbureted Engine.?

I have a 1989 Chevy C1500 (Cheyenne style) with a V6 Fuel Injected Engine that has a cracked Head Gasket. I am about to buy a 350 Carbureted engine from a buddy, and I am not sure what all parts I need to change to make my truck work with it. What will I have to do to make the switch?
