Vagina problems...HELP?!?

okay, soo...i'm16 years old and i have a boyfriend i have been dating for a long time now and we are sexually active....very sexually active. We had sex last week and a few days later i notice my vag is swollen, red, and itchy. I didn't think much of it because it's been swollen after intercourse before. a few days later i notice white clumps in my vagina area...that's definitely new. i need help. Once again, it's itchy, swollen, red, and burns. No odd odor however. please help!!
